Saturday sees two of our underage sides in provincial action as they look to progress in their quarter finals of their respective competition.

The U.14 team has a tricky home tie against Mervue United in the Connaught Cup quarter final and they are no strangers to each other, with both sides serving up some spicy duels over the years and this Saturday will be no different. Kick off at United Park is at 2:00 and a large crowd is expected to attend.

The U.16 team makes the long trip to Boyle to take on Boyle Celtic in the quarter final of the Connaught Shield in what is expected to be quite a tricky tie and Westport will need to be at their very best to come away with a win. Kick off in Boyle on Saturday is at 2:00 and there will be a decent travelling support for the boys.
