Westport Family and Community Resource Centre, Westport United, Kilmeena GAA. Westport Rugby Club, and Westport GAA are coming together again this year to celebrate Men’s Health Week, running this week up to Fathers’ Day, Sunday June 20th.

The theme for this year is “Making the Connections”, with the message being checking In, checking up and getting checked out, focussing on ourselves, our families, friends, neighbours and colleagues

During the week, local sports clubs and the Family Resource Centre will be encouraging men to connect with their Mental and Physical Fitness.

We will all be reaching out to men involved in our respective clubs and across our community and encouraging them to be a part of the ten steps to Mental Fitness.
